On top of the work we do here at Chipangali looking after sick, abandoned and injured wildlife. We also conduct research in the patterns and behaviors of many wild species of animals. We do this with the aim of increasing awareness, to better understand the needs of these animals in the wild and to protect their habitats. This comes in many forms, from collared tracking where we safely capture, tag and release animals to gather information regarding many of their behaviors, to observational research. We compile this information and share with many leading zoological facilities around the world. Your support is greatly appreciated.
